Eleventh session of the Joint Advisory Board of the EU-Montenegro Committee was held in Tehnopolis today.
The opening session was opened by the Mayor of Niksic Municipality, Veselin Grbovic, and was chaired by Aleksandar Kascelan, Mayor of the Capital of Cetinje, and Jelena Drenjanin, a member of the Huddinge Municipal Council.
With a regular review of the latest developments in EU-Montenegro relations, the key topics of the meeting were Human Resource Management at the local level and Protection of Natural and Cultural Heritage.
In addition to the President of the Municipality of Niksic and the co-chairmen, speakers during the session also were the main negotiator of Montenegro with the EU Aleksandar Drljevic, the Head of the EU Delegation in Montenegro Aivo Orav, and the member of the Committee of the Regions and Rapporteur on the EU Enlargement Package Franco Iacop (IT / PES).
