Zadar will be the meeting place for the coworking community, digital nomads and professionals shaping the future of remote work from 12 to 15 October 2026. The sixth edition of the Cross Border Coworking Conference (CBCC) will be held at the Duke’s Palace, and registrations for participation are now open.
For the past six years, CBCC has been bringing together owners and managers of coworking spaces, digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs, the startup community, business support organizations, representatives of the public and tourism sectors, as well as everyone contributing to the development of innovative business communities and modern models of work.
This year’s programme brings lectures, panel discussions, workshops and networking activities dedicated to the most relevant topics in the fields of coworking and remote work. The focus will be on the future of remote work, cultural intelligence, the application of artificial intelligence in everyday business, the development of coworking communities, the branding of destinations attractive to digital nomads, as well as the potential of the coliving concept for the development of smaller and rural areas.
The conference will provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experiences with international experts, present their ideas and projects, expand their professional network, and establish new partnerships and cross-border cooperation.
Participation in the conference is free of charge, with mandatory registration. Applications are open until 20 September 2026, or until all available places are filled, and the organizers invite all interested participants to secure their place on time.

The sixth edition of the Cross Border Coworking Conference is organized by the City of Zadar, in cooperation with INTERA Technology Park from Mostar, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis from Nikšić, BIT Center Tuzla and the University of Zadar, within the CODES project, which is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021–2027. The aim of the project is to strengthen innovation capacities and support entrepreneurs in the cross-border area.
