The Coca-Cola HBC company has launched, in all 28 countries in which it operates, the Coca-Cola Youth Support Program, where Tehnopolis and the Municipality of Niksic are partners. The program was created in order to support and motivate young people to find a job. Unemployed young people between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply for the program by filling out the form on the site www.coca-colapodrskamladima.me until October 27th.
This year, Coca-Cola Youth Support program will be implemented in two municipalities – Niksic and Berane, and 70 young people will get a chance to build their education through career building.
Through three-day workshops led by certified lecturers and trainers, “Coca-Cola Youth Support Program” will acquire knowledge and experience that will increase their chances of finding a job. The content of the workshop will be a combination of theoretical lectures, experiential learning, learning through discussion and work on examples. The workshops will be held in Niksic (two workshops) and Berane (one workshop). Workshops in both cities will be hosted by centers that are recognized by young people as starting points for the realization of good ideas, networking and development of entrepreneurial activities.
In addition, organizers have also prepared an online platform where all participants, through online forms of lectures, presentations and mentorship communication, will be able to continue their education.
The first workshop in Niksic will be held from 30 October to 1 November, in Berane in period 8-10 November. while the second workshop in Niksic will be realized in the period 27-29 November.
