The five-day program for coworkers at Code Hub Mostar has been successfully completed, bringing together young people from different parts of the region through education, remote work, social activities, and experience sharing. Participation was free of charge, and all coworkers working from Code Hub spaces in Nikšić, Tuzla, Zadar, and Mostar were eligible to apply.
During the program, participants used the coworking space at Code Hub Mostar and experienced first-hand the benefits of working in an environment that encourages focus, collaboration, and networking. Alongside their daily work responsibilities, they also took part in workshops dedicated to topics that are becoming increasingly important in the digital age.
One of these workshops was “Hack the AI Before It Hacks You”, delivered by the company Neobit. Through practical examples, participants learned about the most common forms of digital threats, online fraud methods, and ways to protect personal and business data. Special attention was given to phishing campaigns, and participants had the opportunity to create their own attack simulation and see just how convincing such messages can appear today, especially with the development of tools based on artificial intelligence. This is precisely why discussions about digital security are becoming more important than ever before.

Elma Kapić from Creativa BH spoke about the importance of mental health and recognizing stress. Through an interactive workshop, participants gained practical tools for dealing more effectively with everyday challenges and learned how to recognize the first physical and emotional signs of stress before it leads to more serious exhaustion or burnout.
The openness of the participants, their willingness to share experiences, and their awareness of the importance of mental health created an atmosphere of honesty, support, and mutual understanding that defined the entire gathering. It was particularly inspiring to see how aware young people are today of the importance of self-care, recognizing their own limits, and maintaining inner balance.
Particularly inspiring was the lecture delivered by Hasib Alić, founder of Alviral d.o.o., who shared the challenges, successes, and lessons learned throughout the development of his business. He spoke about the importance of the environment in which we live and work, continuous learning, developing the right mindset, and taking personal responsibility for one’s own growth.
His story reminded participants that behind every successful entrepreneurial venture lies much more than a good idea – perseverance, discipline, and a willingness to continuously grow and improve.

The program also included exploring Mostar together, informal gatherings, and numerous opportunities for meeting new people, networking, and exchanging ideas. It was precisely these moments that led to new connections and brought participants closer together, and we believe that collaborations, projects, and friendships will continue even after the program has ended.
This activity is implemented within the CODES project, which is co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Programme 2021–2027. The project is implemented by INTERA Technology Park Mostar, IEC Tehnopolis Nikšić, BIT Center Tuzla, the City of Zadar, and the University of Zadar.
