Representatives of Tehnopolis, Vanja Zoric Sundic and Miljana Pekovic, attended the selection of mentors of the year at the Hotel Hilton in Podgorica. On that occasion, the ceremony of awarding the certificate for successfully completed mentoring training was also held.
The event was opened by Miloš Čelanović, Director General of the Directorate for Development at the Ministry of Economy, after which the director of JICA Balkan Office Hideya Kobayashi and consultants Takashi Kimura and Masashi Takano talked about the importance of mentoring for successful business and gave recommendations for its implementation.
After that, four mentors presented their mentoring experiences following the example of one company in front of their colleagues mentors, coaches, consultants and the jury. Sasa Jovanovic was selected as the best mentor in Montenegro for the previous year.
The event was realized within the project “Establishment and promotion of the mentoring system for small and medium enterprises in the Western Balkans” implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Montenegro and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
