The AWeS0Me project aims to raise awareness of the existence of fully sustainable thermal insulation building materials made from agricultural waste. Within the project, capacities on energy efficiency will be built through the organization of educational workshops, seminars, conferences with the participation of local authorities. The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the project implementation phase, and all partners who were the leaders of the work packages presented the planned activities, as well as the goals that need to be achieved. It is stated that the key results of the project are:

  • Improved implementation of energy efficiency within public sector infrastructure segments;
  • Improved capacities in the field of ecology and application of ecological strategies of energy sustainable materials;
  • As well as the promoted use of energy sustainable materials in the construction sector.

In the end, the project partners discussed further steps that need to be taken and the possibilities of cooperation with local and national stakeholders.
