We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager who will join our team in Niksic. If you have at least 3 years of experience, have a C1 level of English and are constantly striving to progress in a dynamic and challenging environment, this role could be perfect for you.
Here is what your responsibilities will be:
- You will organize the work of the project sector and periodically report to the Coordinator of the Center.
- You will participate in creating the Center’s annual work program and determining the Center’s work goals,
- You will monitor current calls for submission of project proposals, analyze and map funding models for project proposals,
- You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives,
- You will prepare project proposals and project documentation and implement project activities,
- You will participate in the preparation of documentation and the implementation of public procurement procedures according to PRAG procedures, in cooperation with the Finance Department,
- You will manage project administration and be in charge of correspondence, as well as managing the financial administration of projects and preparing narrative and financial reports,
- You will proactively expand the network of project partners,
- You will constantly have the opportunity to provide support to the local startup community through direct support to the tenants of the business incubator, which is reflected in the process of creating projects, preparing project documentation, or in identifying ways of financing projects.
What do we expect the ideal candidate for this position to possess?
- At least 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating successful delivery of projects on time and within budget;
- C1 level of knowledge of the English language, written and oral, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders;
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve project goals;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement;
- Strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration and understanding among team members.
