Cilj projekta

  • Organization and implementation of a mentoring program with the aim of strengthening the capacities of all potential participants of the Montenegrin startup ecosystem in the areas of idea development and validation, product, service and market development, technological project management (software and hardware), marketing, pitching, grant management and financial management, intellectual property rights.

  • Activation and promotion of innovative entrepreneurial potential through the implementation of educational-motivational and promotional events in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation using a public-private partnership model with key national and regional companies and startups;
  • Improved conditions for financing and access to capital for innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and projects from Montenegro through the provision of direct financial support and presentation of ideas and projects, followed by connections with investors, business angels from the country and the region.
