Cilj projekta

  • The general objective of the project is to contribute to the development and improvement of innovation capacities and the adoption of advanced technologies by supporting innovation processes in the cross-border area, as well as to enhance business support services for existing and new SMEs and entrepreneurs to enable the creation of new innovative products and services. The project will strengthen the capacities of innovators, reinforce the regional ICT ecosystem, and boost the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • The project’s target groups include local, regional, and national public authorities, NGOs, higher education institutions, business support organizations, SMEs, and the general public. These groups will be involved in all project activities with the aim of strengthening their capacities, raising awareness about project topics, and creating solid foundations for future cooperation and implementation of project results.

Ključni rezultati projekta

  • Creation of tools to support the development of the business environment in the cross-border area. By continuing to implement these programs after the project’s completion, INTERA, IEC Tehnopolis, BIT, UNIZD, and the City of Zadar will continue to collaborate on improving the business environment. During the project's final phase, all partners will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation, expressing their intent to maintain these activities post-project in line with available resources. Furthermore, the project partners will outline their intention to continue the successful collaboration by developing new project proposals and joint activities.
  • Creation of a cross-border support program for innovators, including mentoring support and access to infrastructure and equipment in innovation labs in Mostar, Niksic, Tuzla, and Zadar.
  • A joint software solution for managing coworking spaces in Zadar, Mostar, Tuzla, and Niksic.
  • A cross-border pre-acceleration program.
