If you lack specific skills to apply for the job you want, the EWI (Economic Inclusion and Justice for Women of the Western Balkans) project was created precisely for you.
EWI offers you the opportunity to participate free of charge in vocational training programs aligned with the needs of the labor market in Montenegro, as well as the opportunity to network with relevant employers.
The training program covers sectors that offer real employment opportunities:
- Basics of Natural Cosmetics and Essential Oil Production
- Digital Marketing and Promotion of Products and Services
- Graphic Design and Digital Printing
- 3D Modeling and 3D Printing in Creative Industries
- Digital Transformation and Business Process Automation
What does the program offer?
Certified VET training
Networking with relevant employers
Advisory support from the IEC Tehnopolis team for further development and application of the acquired skills in the labor market
Eligibility requirements
Women over the age of 18 are eligible to apply for the public call, including:
- unemployed women registered with the Employment Agency of Montenegro (with or without work experience)
- employed women who are at risk of losing their jobs and wish to further strengthen their skills in line with labor market needs
- women who are motivated to actively participate in the training programs
Women from hard-to-employ and vulnerable groups are particularly encouraged to apply.

The number of places in the vocational training program is limited. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee participation in the program. After the public call closes, applications will be assessed, and candidates will be selected based on their motivation, labor market status, alignment with the needs of the planned training programs and employment opportunities, as well as the availability of project funds.
THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026.
Candidates will be notified of the application results via email.
The call for training is published within the regional project “Economic Inclusion and Justice for Women of the Western Balkans” (EWI), implemented by CARE Balkans in partnership with: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis (Montenegro), ENECA (Serbia), LINK Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Strategic Development Consulting (North Macedonia).
As part of International Partnerships Austria, CARE Balkans, together with its partners, provides support to women in the Western Balkans. The Austrian Development Agency finances the EWI project with EUR 2.5 million within the framework of International Partnerships Austria.
