Roundtable on the lack of qualified labor force in the field of agriculture and livestock breeding held in Tehnopolis

The Center for Education and Training – ZOPT today organized a round table in Tehnopolis on the topic “Lack of Qualified Labor Force in Agriculture and Livestock”, within the framework of the XVI Adult Education and Learning Day organized by the Center for Professional Education.

Panelists at the event were: Vida Cipranic, Director of ZOPT Business Center, Vlado Koprivica, Head of Department for Quality and Professional Development at Professional Education Center Vukota Stanišić, Head of the Advisory Service in Plant Production at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rajka Radonjic, Head of the Labor Bureau Niksic.

The aim of the round table was to present the possibilities of solving problems related to the lack of skilled labor in the field of agriculture and livestock breeding, as well as to open a discussion where all interested parties could highlight their concerns, suggestions or problems they face.
