The idea of Trails without borders aims to revolutionize the way nature lovers experience mountain trails by allowing wider audiences to experience the stunning beauty and excitement of these trails through virtual tours. Combining advanced technology and a passion for adventure, we provide a unique virtual hiking experience that will transport individuals directly into the heart of nature in all its magnificence.

Objectives:

1. The creation of virtual tours: Our main goal is the development of high-quality virtual tours of popular and lesser-known mountain trails throughout Montenegro. Through advanced 360-degree video and photo technology, users will be able to virtually explore these trails, gaining a realistic sense of the terrain, sights and challenges they provide.
2. Increasing accessibility: By offering virtual tours, we want to make mountain trails accessible to a wider range of people. This includes people with physical limitations, those who cannot travel to remote locations, or those who want to plan their hiking adventures in advance.
3. Providing engaging content: We are aware of the importance of an exciting story in providing an unforgettable virtual experience. Our virtual tours will feature exciting narratives, informative audio and visual guides, and interactive elements that will educate users about the flora, fauna, and geological features encountered along the trails as well as other trail-related curiosities.
4. Fostering community engagement: Our platform will facilitate community engagement, allowing users to share their virtual hiking experiences, share tips, and inspire each other on real-world hiking adventures. We envision a vibrant community of nature lovers who come together to explore, learn, and appreciate the wonders of nature.
5. Advanced technology: We will use state-of-the-art 360-degree video cameras, drones, and virtual reality (VR) equipment to capture the essence of each track. Post-production techniques, including editing, sound design and visual effects, will be used to create a seamless virtual experience. The idea is to set up an info-point in each National Park and Nature Park from which it will be possible to explore the trails.
6. User – friendly platform: We will develop a platform that is easy to use and allows easy navigation through virtual tours. Intuitive controls, interactive maps and personalized recommendations will allow users to explore trails at their own pace, with a seamless and engaging interface.
7. Partnerships and marketing: Collaborations with outdoor equipment manufacturers, travel agencies and mountaineering organizations will help us promote our virtual tours to a wider audience. We will implement digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, content creation and search optimization, to increase project awareness and drive user engagement.
