Following the first group of startup teams, the public spotlight is now on three more innovative stories that confirm Montenegro has ideas with the potential to become life-changing solutions.
VicIT: When Technology Becomes Hope and Gives People Security and Freedom
VicIT is a MedTech startup developing a system for measuring intracranial pressure, with the noble mission of providing patients with hydrocephalus and other neurological conditions greater safety, freedom of movement, and a better quality of life. Instead of frequent visits to healthcare facilities, this solution enables continuous monitoring of a key health parameter in real time, regardless of where the patient is.
“Our goal is for patients, wherever they may be—at home, outdoors, or traveling—to independently and continuously monitor intracranial pressure. In this way, we restore their sense of control over their health and enable timely reactions in critical situations,” explains VicIT founder Irena Fatić.
There is also a clear international ambition. The team collaborates with top neurosurgical experts from Europe, and the next steps include launching the innovation on the European and U.S. markets.
“The BoostMeUp program provided us with a solid foundation for further development of the idea, through mentorship and visibility that help us bring experts together and raise awareness of the problems we are addressing,” Fatić emphasizes.

SHARP: When Cultural Heritage Becomes a Digital Experience
The SHARP startup, led by Milica Gogić, emerged from the need to present cultural heritage in a way that resonates with digital generations. The team recognized that modern educational products are almost nonexistent in tourism, and it was precisely there that they found room for innovation.
“SHARP fills that gap by presenting cultural heritage through channels that are attractive to children and truly hold their attention,” Gogić explains.
Entering the BoostMeUp program, she says, brought exactly what the team needed at that moment. “We needed structure, mentorship, and someone to guide us through the entire process. Through BoostMeUp, we gained top-tier mentors and, perhaps most importantly, the opportunity to connect with the local innovation community.”
“We combine tourism, digitalization, and modern education, and One consistently supports social development precisely through these directions. I believe such support can result in a product designed for the digital generation of tourists and children in Montenegro.”
Senatus AI: Faster and Smarter Law with the Help of Artificial Intelligence
Senatus AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to enhance the way lawyers search laws, case law, and legal documents. Founder Selman Selmanović explains that the system enables access to precise information.
“Today, lawyers are not just looking for the law, but for how it is applied. Senatus finds court rulings, summarizes lengthy decisions, and saves hours of work,” says Selmanović, noting that the journey from idea to market was demanding, but that support through this program was crucial.
“Tehnopolis helped us turn the idea into reality. The people behind this initiative understand startup challenges and give us a real tailwind,” Selmanović emphasizes.
