Tehnopolis Energy for a Sustainable Environment

As part of the program marking 10 years of operation, Tehnopolis employees yesterday carried out a tree-planting initiative titled “Tehnopolis Energy for a Sustainable Environment,” sending a message about the importance of nature conservation, sustainable development, and shared responsibility toward the environment. The activity was organized in Grahovo, at the campsite of the Scout Association of Montenegro.

Tehnopolis employees planted tree species suitable for this area, including linden, liquidambar, plane tree, purple-leaf plum, ash, catalpa, plane-leaved mulberry, evergreen photinia, and evergreen cherry laurel. In addition to symbolically contributing to the creation of a greener and healthier environment, the initiative also marked the beginning of preparations for an outdoor coworking space, whose opening will also be organized as part of the Tehnopolis anniversary program.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation of Montenegro, which supported the initiative aimed at promoting sustainable values and raising awareness about the importance of environmental protection.

This activity represents another segment of the anniversary program of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, through which the institution, alongside fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, continues to promote the values of responsible action toward the community and society. Through this symbolic yet meaningful tree-planting initiative, Tehnopolis once again demonstrated that sustainability is not just a topic for the future, but a value built through concrete actions and collective engagement.
