The fourth project team meeting within the FILA project was held

The fourth meeting of the project team within the FILA project was, due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, held on June 17 via the ZOOM platform.

In addition to the presentation of the E-innovation ecosystem, platform and services to support exchange, sharing and creating innovative practices and solutions and COP (Community of Practice), at the meeting were also discussed the methodology and tasks for drafting practical policy proposals.

The partners in this project pointed out the importance of collecting innovative needs of companies at the state level, as well as the importance of analysis and discussion of mapped needs with research organizations, startups and young innovators.

During this meeting, they discussed the progress of the project in technical and administrative terms, progress in the work of Phil Laboratories in Italy, Albania and Montenegro. In the end, a discussion was opened among the partners regarding the drafting of the work plan for the 6th period.

On behalf of IEC Tehnopolis, the meeting was attended by Aleksandar Janicic, Project Management and Entrepreneurship Development Manager, Marijana Jovovic, Assistant on Project Activities and Anja Grabovica, Assistant on Business Incubator Development Activities.

The FILA project – “Strengthening and improving the cross-border innovation network through laboratories for fertilization and innovation in agro-food between research and small and medium enterprises” is implemented through Italy – Albania – Montenegro and aims to improve the framework for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign markets. The project refers to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and to strengthen cross-border cooperation and links between research and enterprises through the creation of cross-border “laboratories for fertilization and innovation in agro-food”. The project holder is the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute Bari, and the project partners are Region Apulia, Regional Development Agency 3 – Korce, Elbasan, Berat, Albanian Investment Development Agency – AIDA, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis and the Ministry of Economy of Montenegro.
