Montenegro is strengthening its position in the regional innovation ecosystem. The grand finale of the BoostMeUp vol. 4 program – Montenegro Pitching Competition will take place on April 4, 2025, at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro and will gather the most promising Montenegrin startups, as well as investors, mentors, and key stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem from the country and the region.
The Montenegro Pitching Competition represents the culmination of the six-month pre-acceleration program BoostMeUp, which provides support to startup teams in developing innovative ideas and preparing for market entry. Ten teams will present their projects before an expert jury, and for the best among them, a prize fund of 30,000 euros is reserved, along with a strategy for internationalization and a scaling plan for global expansion.
In addition to the teams’ idea presentations, the event will feature a keynote speech by Kosta Andrić, Executive Director of ICT Hub from Belgrade, and the event itself will be an opportunity for startups to connect with investors, secure financial support, and take their first steps onto the global market.
The BoostMeUp program is led by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis, with program partners including the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, the University of Montenegro, ICT Hub Belgrade, the company One Montenegro, the Electric Power Company of Montenegro, and the Environmental Protection Fund – Eco Fund. The program is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and the Government of Montenegro.
