The representatives of ICT Tehnopolis are participating in the capacity building for 12 managers of the fertilization and innovation laboratories in the field of agro-food – FILA. Four participants from each partner country (Italy, Albania and Montenegro) are attending the courses taking place from Monday 15 July until Friday 19 July in CIHEAM Bari. The manager for project activities and entrepreneurial development, Aleksandar Janicic and the assistant on the project activities, Miljana Pekovic are attending the training course.
The program includes professional lectures and group work on the special needs related to a practical tool implementation for the development of FILA laboratory. The focus of the first day was the program and services necessary for a successful incubation model which was based on the FILA model. During the second and the third days, the participants are learning how to build innovative ecosystems around the FILA model and a sustainable business model of FILA laboratory. During the fourth day the participants will be presented with some successful activity examples that are run by a business incubator. The training will be finished by a lecture about the efficient communication strategy for the innovative centre adapted to its work territory.
This activity is a part of the project called „The strengthening and improvement of the cross-border net for the innovation through fertilization and innovation laboratories in agro food in order to make stronger connections between the research and the small and medium companies “. This project is funded by the EU resources through the Interreg IPA CBC Italy- Albania-Montenegro project. The Mediterranean institute of agronomy in Bari (IT) is the carrier of the project, and the project partners are: Apulia Region (IT), the Fund for the development of Albania – ADF (AL), the Albanian agency for the development of investments – AIDA (AL), Innovative and entrepreneurial centre Tehnopolis and the Department of economy of Montenegro.
