    • Cilj projekta

  • Strengthening the infrastructure and capacity of organizations for the purpose of improving support services for the development of the business environment in the cross-border area through the establishment of IT clusters in Niksic and Tuzla, the development of strategies for established clusters, the strengthening of networking capacities and the creation of preconditions for cross-border cooperation of IT clusters.

  • Established 2 IT clusters in Niksic and Tuzla;
  • Developed development strategies for 2 newly established IT clusters;
  • Strengthened local IT network in Zadar;
  • Improved capacities of the IT cluster in Mostar;
  • Created preconditions for cross-border cooperation between ICT clusters;
  • Created a joint work program for CODE Hub coworking spaces in Niksic, Zadar, Mostar and Tuzla;
  • Created a package of Code Hub coworking space services for digital nomads;
  • A developed platform of cross-border mentors available to start-ups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, freelancers, etc.;
  • Improved capacities of 4 existing coworking spaces in Niksic, Zadar, Mostar and Tuzla;
  • Established and developed 3 cross-border Fab Labs and 1 UX Lab.
