Tenant of Tehnopolis – Agency for Recruitment and Career Counseling „Minuta Consulting“ conducted a psychological assessment of interns through the personality tests “Big 5 + 2” and Belbin’s teamwork test (inventory of self-assessment).
The results of these tests, as well as the post-test interview, will give an insight into their personality traits and the roles they prefer in the team.
Assesment was conducted by Bojana Perovic, Specialist in Business Psychology and Management and Executive Director of “Minute Consulting”.
